Vendor Application & Information
We are now accepting vendor applications from artists, artisans, craftspeople and culinary arts only. Only exterior space remaining.
Download and complete the application, scan to pdf and email it to email@example.com. If you have been pre-approved we still require you to send us the completed application form.
We will notify you within 48 hours if you have have been approved. Upon approval you have 7 days to remit payment of vendor fees.
The Vendor Fees for 2017 are:
Exterior 10 x 10 Space for Artists / Artisans / Craftspeople: $150 (includes HST).
Food & Beverages: $300 (includes HST).
Festival supplies designated space only, vendors are solely responsible for and must supply all their own materials including any display fixtures, tents, seating, tables and security. No power or lighting is provided by the Festival for exterior space. For more information download the vendor application and information package.
Vendor fees can be paid directly on the website by Paypal or credit card. Alternatively you may pay by by eTransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org, or cheque/cash by dropping off the completed documents and your payment at our offices at 23 Griffin Street, Waterdown.
